
Green Belts are Six Sigma practitioners performing project work and supporting Black Belts on larger projects. Green Belts are trained during a five-day workshop that covers the fundamental Six Sigma tools which are used on nearly all projects.
This program is designed to provide candidates with both a technical and practical foundation for improving processes.

This training, similar to the Black Belt training, makes extensive use of hands-on exercises, usually utilizing the projects brought to class. Some projects will be advanced significantly during the training week as teams will be applying the newly learned techniques on the projects. Each candidate will leave the training week with a concise action plan.
