Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training

Master Black Belts are the highest level Lean Six Sigma method and tool experts for most Lean Six Sigma implementations. The role of Masters is to eventually take over the technical program leadership from the provider. As such Master Black belts are required to demonstrate their Lean and Six Sigma knowledge by completing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and successfully leading and completing several projects. In addition candidates should have participated in a minimum of 2 Kaizen events prior to starting the Master training.

After candidates have been identified via their exceptional technical and practical competency, we train these individuals through intense sessions to learn the technical intricacies of the statistical and lean methods, in addition to honing their presentation and leadership skills. Upon completion of the program your Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts will continue to deploy your Lean Six Sigma program to the highest standards.

Our Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt program is conducted over the course of several months with 2-3 days of formal training each month. Between sessions, Master candidates are expected to actively work on the largest scale interdepartmental Lean Six Sigma projects, in addition to mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts. Lean Six Sigma Master Black belts will also receive the Kaizen Lead Training as part of the Masters Training to make them well-rounded, universal resources.

Master Candidates will be actively involved in co-leading training sessions side by side with our experts until reaching certification.
