Open Enrollment Classes
Most of our customers choose to receive workshops and training using private engagements, where the training is customized to meet their specific needs and goals. However, Healthcare Excellence Institute also offers a selection of classes and workshops in the open enrollment format.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Classes
Our open enrollment Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Classes are 5 day workshop. The class provides the training for participant to become Lean Six Sigma Green Belts for Healthcare.
