Over the course of the last 5 years, Healthcare Excellence Institute and its healthcare provider organization partners have developed a unique management model for revenue cycle management organizations. Our approach applies a 5 step process to the overall revenue cycle organization and delivers, with a short time period, exceptional results without requiring major capital investment. In fact, the approach can be executed such that it is cash flow positive almost immediately.

The results achieved via this approach are available to our customers utilizing two distinctly different approaches. One it to utilize our consulting services division and apply these principles to the existing organizations, the second method is to outsource the existing revenue cycle operation to our organization.
