Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training

Six Sigma Master Black Belts represent the highest level of Six Sigma method and tool expertise for Six Sigma implementations. The role of Six Sigma Master Black Belts is to internalize the material, such that they can take over from the provider when needed. As such, Six Sigma Master Black Belts are required to demonstrate their Six Sigma knowledge by completing the Six Sigma Black Belt training and successfully leading and completing several Six Sigma projects. After candidates have been identified via their exceptional technical and practical competency, we train these individuals during intense sessions to learn the technical intricacies of the statistical methods in addition to honing their presentation and leadership skills. Upon completion of the program your Master Black Belts will continue to deploy your Six Sigma program to the highest standards.

Our Six Sigma Master Black Belt training program is often conducted over the course of several months with 2-3 days of formal training per month. Between sessions, Master candidates are expected to actively work the largest scale interdepartmental Six Sigma projects in addition to mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts. Six Sigma Master Candidates will also be actively involved in co-leading training sessions side by side with our experts until reaching certification.
