Learning for the Bottom line.

Our Quality Six Sigma Programs are developed with the selective client in mind. These programs are designed for implementation by visionary leadership committed to driving measurable improvement. A unique combination of critical thinking and technical expertise provides a process improvement framework for the executive planning to achieve business results while increasing the skill base of the organization. If bottom line results and resource creation are on your agenda, our programs are for you.

Six Sigma drives business results by providing a framework to gain fundamental process knowledge using statistical methods.

Six Sigma Systems, Inc. is committed to providing a Six Sigma Program for your organization while matching our track record of 700% ROI generated for other clients. Our goal is not to train the most people, but rather to develop the best people.

There are many Six Sigma programs and providers to select from. The key factors that differentiate our approach are:

  • Critical Thinking
  • Technical Expertise
  • Program Support

Critical thinking

  • Critical thinking skills are formally developed as part of our program. Critical thinking drives measurable results, builds invaluable skills in the organization and provides a platform for the learning organization beyond any particular program. Recipe programs are fads, as proven time and time again, only critical thought provides the basis for sustainable success.

Unmatched technical expertise

  • Our instructors have years of experience across industries, companies and implementations. They are industry practitioners who have gone through rigorous training and have earned advanced degrees. They are not educated through programs that “mass produce” experts in days or weeks. They have the technical depth to correctly apply statistical tools in real business situations.
  • Our technical tools are the correct tools for long-term real, world solutions not theoretical or enumerative situations. We continually develop new tools in conjunction with other business, research and academic partners to address additional business issues.

Program support

  • We build a Six Sigma program taking your business opportunities, talent, culture, process, vision, goals, and business realities into account. The program is then designed to achieve both short-term and long-term goals efficiently.
  • We build partnerships with our clients. We are passionate about driving business results for you and will do whatever it takes to ensure success – feel free to ask any of our past clients.
  • We mentor leadership and those in training throughout the process – using technical experts with real experience.

If you are looking for a leading edge Six Sigma program – we would like to talk to you.

Practical programs

The focus of practical programs is to equip the organization with methods that are easy to apply and have high practical value. Data acquisition is dominant, as it ensures success in the analysis. A focus on analysis, a trademark of many programs, is insufficient without adequate training on data acquisition. No data analysis technique can conquer the inadequacy of insufficient acquisition. Practical programs take the fear and discomfort out of statistics and build a bridge between business and statistics. Furthermore, practical programs are taught by seasoned practitioners who have extensive amounts of formal training and business experience. Our instructors continually conduct project work in multiple business areas and are grounded in business realities. Many programs focus on traditional textbook tools and may or may not be taught by instructors who have project and industrial experience.

The tools being taught provide important clues to the type of program offered. While many programs focus on tools designed for making decisions on a specific population, the best programs focus on tools designed to improve future performance. The differences between academic and practical programs are actually quite easy to spot. The academic program will be focused on vast volumes of analysis techniques with little discussion about appropriate data acquisition. The use of numeric and highly statistical versus graphical and visual analysis techniques also point towards an academic program. Practical programs focus on acquisition techniques, critical thinking and fundamental understanding versus a heavy reliance on analysis and specific software application.

The appropriate integration of a program into your culture is also a key element to success. This integration can only be accomplished by providers that understand a wide range of business improvement approaches and opportunities. Practitioners help your organization by supporting the learning process and helping translate knowledge into action.

Our instructors offer participants the most important element required, critical thinking skills. Critical thinking involves knowledge about appropriate tool usage. Critical thinking develops the ability to ask questions on the critical path and to use the correct tools to efficiently answer those questions. Critical thinking is far more important than following a prescribed course for every problem. It develops flexible resources capable of stretching into other areas of the business. The formal training in the area of critical thinking ensures organizational readiness for the future.

Our Six Sigma implementations address the full range of requirements of an organization.
